Ashwagandha
Root Extract has a very long history as a medicinal
herb and as an Adaptogen and Rejuvenating tonic. Ashwagandha
is also known as Indian Ginseng. Ashwagandha is good for
hypotension, antispasmodic, anti-arthritic, and anti-inflammatory
