I-3-C (Indole-3-Carbinol) Supports women’s health. Indoles, phytochemicals, isolated from cruciferous vegetables have been shown to promote a healthy system. I-3-C has been shown to be protective by filling up estrogen receptor sites with weak phytoestrogen, bringing into line a favorable ratio of weak to strong estrogens. I-3-C is a very potent scavenger of free radicals. I-3-C, in men, has also been shown to be prostate protective.
